Advantages of using planning documents

There are many advantages of using planning documents. One advantage is that it kept me and my group organised up to a certain point. We had to keep on changing the main female actress as some people dropped out the group and others didn't want to be in the film. But once this error was sorted everyone knew who was going to be acting and who was going to be filming. Planning documents also made it easier when it came to meeting at a specific location. If people forgot where we were filming then all they had to do was look at one on the planning documents. This kept everyone on time as we were on a tight schedule. Having planning documents also stopped people from forgetting to bring essential props and wearing particular clothing.But Planning documents only kept our group stable for a period of time as there were many changes in location,actors, time of day and clothing.

Some planning documents are not also on my blog because a member of the group had lost the ones I needed.
